Just want to say how much everyone enjoyed and appreciated the show you put on in Ford's Mills at the Greenwood Lodge. All the comments were great. I have been going to your shows since the '70's and they are always great but this was the first time I got a chace to actually meet you. Not only are you a great musician and showman but a nice guy also. A gift to the human race.

Took in the solo show last night at the Mediterranean Resturaunt Blue Olive Night Club with my wife, we really enjoyed your performance. I was saying to my wife you know the last time we saw you and your ban perform was in Saint John at a place called the Unicorn Club on the corner of Black River Road and Grandview Ave. How many years ago was that? Do you remember standing on one of the tables playing the hell out of your guitar? The building is still there used for something else now. I wish I had a recording of your performance last night it was pure pure Blues from your Soul and Heart I could feel it and experienced it. Thank you. Best Regards Rick & Cindy

after a long east coast absence and not hearing your tunes for a long time, you played greenwood and it was awesome to hear all your old tunes and the new. Walk down memory lane from the good ole days at the,"Gottingen at the foot of Cunard", Misty Moon. That floor was rockin like nothing I've ever seen then or now. I still have a smile on my face every time I think about it. Awesome! As for the Kandahar song, it's the best. You've nailed it and I'm sure it's playing over there everyday.

I've been listening and watching Matt for 35 yrs now from-Marconi house/Main Event-Old miners forum-shingle Inn-Fred Tommies-Tarbot(couple of times)-"The Roma"-Halifax-Convention Inn West in Edmonton,a little hazy but The Rivers hotel in Whitecourt in NW Alberta-Longbranch in Saskatoon....a little diddy,is they put up a plaque to honor Matt for selling most beer in one night at Convention Inn West....and he rocked her to the core.First three rows of tables were capers,and that was in '77 I think(give or take a year!!Keep on rockin the blues Matt,and I'll bump into ya somewheres...if ya know what I mean!!,don't know where and don't know when but theres not many salloons I havn't been to in this great country we live in!!--Mac
