Hey Guys! I really miss your shows. I worked for D&D Sound in Saint John, and have done many of your gigs, going way back to THUMPERS around 1992, and Nippers, Kingstock, TAPPS, Aquarius Tavern, etc, etc. How is Dillon making out? I talked to him
at the AQ in Saint John last September before my move, and he said you guys sometimes trek into lower Southern Ontario. Do you ever come further south than Hamilton? If not, I'll try to catch your show there later this month, as I work in Burlington.
Best Wishes, and ask Dillon to contact me. See you soon.

Comments:
It's midnight in Pictou County and there's thunder in the air, but nothing as loud and rockin' as the performance in Pictou we just returned from. Thanks from the Lobster Carnival crowd for a great evening - your version of Caledonia was much loved and appreciated. It brought back many happy memories of hearing it played in rooms big and small, with some folks who are no longer with us.
We are looking forward to all the gems coming up on the new acoustic cd as well! Take care and happy trails!

Hi Matt,
Congrats on a wonderfull career. I was on B.T. about eight years ago with my former band, Glen Roach and the Mustangs (I played bass) one morning and you came in and did a song. Awesome. Hope you're around this summer, familly's coming home and my brother's a big fan. At one time, he was mistaken for you.

Caught The Story in Pictou this spring and thoroughly enjoyed it. I came home with the Live at Last CD and it's become my favorite CD - I rarely take it out of my player. Fabulous. Before that, many years ago went to see you at Misty Moon. Hope to catch your show at Big Leagues next time. Love your music. Keep on rockin' Matt.

the one about letting go (the 14yr old dog)
Comments:
I took my 14 yr. old son to the show in Shelburne last night and he got to play with Mr. Minglewood after the show. I just want to say "THank You!!". He walked out of that building floating 10ft high off the ground. He can't wait to see Matt Minglewood again.

Matt Minglewood is a wonderful person, THANK YOU again!

Comments:
I finally was able to catch the Story at the Kepawa last night and was not disappointed. I love the new stuff every bit as much as the old tunes. If the diverse ages of your audience last night is any indication, you're gonna be around for a long time. Good news for us die-hard fans! Can't wait for the next cd to add to my collection, and hope you continue to be brushed by the wings of an angel!

Caught Matt's solo, acoustic performance; The Story, this week in Moncton, NB. What a wonderful evening! Matt's stories between songs were so funny and told with such style. If you ever wanted to have Matt over for a good time, old fashion, kitchen party; go see The Story concerts. Although an acoustic show, the Big Red gibson did get a workout. It was so nice to see Matt in such an intimate setting. I especially enjoyed his piano playing and the new material (about 50% of show was new songs)
